GROUP SAUNA RITUAL WITH NICK TETTERSELL 2 hour hot & cold therapy: a sensory invitation to reconnect with yourself, to Nature, and to others. Each ritual is guided intuitively, and led by the heart, reflecting the needs and energy of the group participants. "Using nature and the elements as my guides, there will be rounds in and out of the sauna. Inspired by Lithuanian Pirtis techniques, expect whisking, salt infusions, and handmade body scrubs, foraged in and around Cornwall. A multi-sensory experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and reconnected." Nick and I met soulcircus sauna and have both got to know one another through our love of Pirtis. It's a real treat to welcome him to our little beach side sauna, and I for one can't wait to spend time in the heat with him Nick is fast building a good reputation for delivering Pirtis experiences that are infused not just with his passion and knowledge of trees and herbs but also his skill in body work.

Cancellation Policy

If the weather forecast is wild and stormy I will endeavor to cancel and return your refund within 24 hours notice. However, a sauna in the rain and cold is divine! If you need to cancel or reschedule your sauna session, this must be done with 48 hours notice to allow for the session to be re-advertised. If you choose to cancel or reschedule with less than 48hours notice, you will not be refunded.
