Reduce Stress & Anxiety

Sauna users often associate stress reduction as the main reason they visit the sauna several times each week.

Improve Heart Health

According to a study by Finnleo, “Using a sauna 2-3 times per week at 174 degrees F reduces risk of Fatal Cardiovascular Disease by 27 percent and 4-7 times per week reduces risk by 50 percent.

Eradicate Body Toxins

As the sweat glands are stimulated, the body can start to flush unnecessary toxins out of the body.

Decrease Memory Disorders

don't just take our word for it...

"I absolutely loved my saunahaus experience. Such a treat. The actual sauna is beautifully crafted. It has a lovely changing area before you get in the sauna. Sarah is a star and makes the experience even more enjoyable. The sea was rough when we went but we managed to splash in the waves to cool off before hoping back in the heat. Cant wait to go again (might need more than an hour next time!!)"
